Chick & Biscuit at Harvest Hall is the newest brainchild of Owner Beth Newman, whose original Southern style restaurant Mason & Dixie is popular with Grapevine locals. Originally from Florida, and now living in Texas, Beth is a chef, caterer, florist, and mother of 4 kids and 3 dogs. She loves creating fresh, seasonal food and entertaining people, a passion that started at the age of 8 and continues to grow. With Chick & Biscuit, Beth created a modern Southern eatery with food that is approachable, timeless and comforting. She believes that scratch made food made from the heart never goes out of style.
