What started as a small pop-up in North Texas quickly became a local sensation, known for its crave-worthy eggrolls that fuse Vietnamese roots with bold, global inspiration. Dynamite Eggrolls began as a passion project for Mina Nguyen, whose love for cooking was deeply influenced by her Vietnamese heritage. In 2024, she made the bold decision to leave behind a successful corporate career and bring her family's time-honored eggroll recipe—The OG Eggroll—to the public. Alongside her husband Joey, the couple started serving their handcrafted eggrolls at local markets and pop-ups, quickly capturing the hearts (and taste buds) of the community.
Driven by demand and community love, the concept evolved into a food truck and now proudly operates out of Harvest Hall. Each eggroll is made from scratch and paired with house-made sauces, combining traditional flavors with unexpected twists. Dynamite Eggrolls is more than just a kitchen—it's a celebration of courage, creativity, and culinary roots.
